YourCIO can provide a wide range of IVR and computer telephony applications for any type of industry or organization upon request. Custom applications may be quickly developed using OmniVox®, a sophisticated, object oriented application development system for interactive voice applications.

Custom interfaces to your existing software can be created and interfaced to your IVR application using ODBC. Information may both be captured and provided over the telephone in an easy, user-friendly fashion.

Also available is an option to provide direct credit card processing through the IVR system so that customers may make payments using their credit cards.

OmniVox® is ideal for high-density, scaleable voice mail solutions starting with PC-based configurations using Windows NT up to multi-processor UNIX Servers with RAID in a distributed environment.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

Applications developed with OmniVox® can provide customer information, process orders and requests, gather market data, and perform transactions requiring database interaction. Utilizing information supplied by DNIS and ANI, OmniVox performs intelligent call processing.

Interactive FAX

Applications built using OmniVox® Interactive Fax allows callers to request documents via a touch-tone telephone. Documents may be received by the caller, either by fax on the same call or by call-back. Whether used for fax mail or fax on demand, this command set selects faxes and queues multiple page documents, and may be configured as a server supporting multiple systems.
